BIRMINGHAM UNIVERSITY STUDYObjective: The study aims to establish the strengthening effect of the transversus abdominis muscle (TrA), comparing the application of stabilization training with vibration training in the form of FLEXI-BAR, whose normal function is regarded as significant in spinal stability.
Results: '...increases in strength were observed in subjects involved with FLEXI-BAR program. In particular greater strengthening of the TrA muscle was seen in the history of LBP group.'
