“Yesterday I purchased TravelRoller at the Fitness Expo for the Calgary Marathon.?Typically I move through life with hip flexor discomfort. It is difficult to reach for massage therapists and something I have learned to work past. Last night I spent some time with your product working on my hip flexors (anterior) and woke up this morning and started the race with **NO**discomfort...even as I cursed through the checkpoints!! “My use of the TravelRoller started in March 2008. I was leaving on a 2 week trip to China and discussing my lower back pain with a friend who recommended it. I had been going to chiropractors, regular massage and ART treatments and was still in a lot of pain – enough to wake me up at night. Using a foam roller somewhat helped an IT band issue, but was limited. Treatments helped for a day or so, but were getting expensive. “Six months ago I had no rotational range of motion in my hips, 30% range in flexion in my left knee and 50% in the right knee. I am 55 years old and have had these problems most of my life to one degree or another, as I have a mild case of muscular dystrophy. I started working with a massage therapist trained in several different forms of therapy and rolling daily on a conventional foam roller.
