The IndoFLO cushion you sent me has been great as well, thank you very much for it. It's definitly a different workout. I'm much less stable on it than the roller as far as stability goes, but they both complement each other well. I like using it to do curls on in the weight room.
I finally picked up an Indo Board from my local board shop and have been using it for a few weeks now. I use the IndoFLO when I workout (any exercise I do standing up I now do on the board and cushion) and stand on the board with the roller when I watch TV. I can already feel my knees and quads getting stronger. Since I got mine, many of my friends have picked one up too. Everyone really likes the results. Just wanted to let you know.

Hey!
Thanks for making such a GREAT product! I'm 15 & I live in San Antonio, TX, but I surf, but only in FL in the summer. So you can imagine how much I love my Indo Board! I have the regular board, but it's the blue swirly one. Its SO much fun! Here's a few of my pics on it, hopefully to go on your site! THANKS!!

I am a tennis teaching professional, always looking for cross training aides to improve my own game as well as the games of my students. Somehow the athletic position on the tennis court, knees and ankles engaged, upright posture, and a muscular control of the abdomen without being overly tight – is identical to the one found "riding" the Indo Board. Highly recommended for any tennis player who "cross trains" to improve strength and balance.

It's another new Indo Musician,
I have two actually, I'll bring over the Indo Board and play some guitar and then they all want to do it. I love it. This kid Cody lives in St. Pete, he learned the Indo Board in about an hour, then right after lunch, he had already progressed to this, now he's all 50/50 and one footing with the guitar on. It's so cool. I tell everybody that there is no better Xmas gift.

Indo Crew,
I just got my Indo Board in the mail two days ago. I'm deployed to Afghanistan, so my new indo board will help pass the time and keep us up on our surfing skills until we get back to Hawaii.
Thanks, Nick
