Xco Trainer Exercises
A 4 color, free exercise chart is included with every Xco Trainer purchase. It includes 9 basic exercises and instructions on proper use of the Xco Trainer to get the most out of your fitness workout.

Wobble Board Exercises
Begin with a gentle range of motion (R.O.M.) on the Wobble Board until you get used to the movement. Balance Exercises such as side-to-side, front-to-back, and circular rotation are all excellent basic exercises to start with.
Weeble Board Exercises
Weeble Boards are advanced balance boards that give independent action under each foot at a fixed 24 degree angle. Use Weeble Boards for advanced balance exercises and proprioception training for a high carry-over to sports and active living. Perform similar exercises as the Wobble Board, but with a greater challenge - the name of the game is always control.
Rocker Board Exercises
To start, position your feet shoulder width apart, centrally on the Rocker Board. Begin by slowly moving the Rocker Board side to side, or front to back, depending on your position. Similar to the Wobble Board exercises, the name of the game is control.
Cobblestone Mat
Cobble Stone Mat exercise regimen.
