Shipping Information

A: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery within the U.S. is generally 10-15 business days but usually sooner, Canada is 7-10 business days but usually sooner. You must provide a physical shipping address as we cannot ship to P.O boxes or A.P.O. addresses. We can, however, bill to a P.O. box or A.P.O address.


Q: Can I request a rush delivery?

A: To arrange for a rush delivery, please contact us by phone weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm (MST) at 1.800.348.8371. International customers call +1.403.243.6830.


Q: What carrier does Fitterfirst use?

A: All orders are shipped using UPS. You may use your own collect account with UPS or other carriers. Collect shipping accounts must pay a $10.00 fee for processing and handling (for USA customers only).


Q: Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?

Q: Do you drop ship?

A: Yes, we can drop ship for a fee of $10 (VARIDESK excluded). Cross border drop shipping is not available under any circumstance.

Q: What kind of browser do I need in order to make online purchases from Fitterfirst?

A: You will need Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator v.4 or higher with 128-bit encryption in order to view this site.


Q: What products are available online?

A: All of Fitterfirst's products are available online. Please check back often, our product inventory is updated frequently.


Q: Can I send items as gifts?

A: Yes. Fitterfirst's online checkout process allows you to enter different addresses for billing and shipping purposes. We also have a special section allowing you to send a note along with your purchase. For a birthday or special holiday, give the gift of health!


Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

A: Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.


Q: Will Fitterfirst send an order confirmation via email?

A: Yes. After placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a web order number and the details of your purchase.


Q: How can I find out the status of an order placed online?

Q: How do I redeem my tradeshow discount coupon?

A: Your tradeshow discount coupon will have a unique code number. When you have completed your online shopping session and are ready to purchase your items, you are asked to enter this unique code into the appropriate box in the shopping cart. Your discount will not show up on your order confirmation, but is reflected in your final invoice.


Q: Do Fitterfirst products carry a warranty?

A: Products manufactured by Fitterfirst carry a two-year manufacturer's warranty. Please visit our warranty page for more information. Products that Fitterfirst only distributes carry their own unique warranty. For information on a specific product, please contact us directly.


Q: What is Fitterfirst's return policy?

A: All of our products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Should you find our products unsatisfactory, please call us for a Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of the item, you will be credited for the product that you return. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits will not be issued for shipping charges.

Product Information

Q: How do I inflate my fitter ball?

A: Inflating your ball depends on the type of brand you buy. Specific instructions accompany each ball. Below is a quick synopsis of each type, but please read the instructions that come with your purchase. FitBall (FB) These balls can be inflated to their maximum diameter immediately. Measure the appropriate height on a wall (i.e. 55cm or 65cm) and mark it. Hold a ruler, or straight edge horizontally from that point and inflate the ball until it reaches the proper height.

Duraball (FBPC) The Duraball stability ball must be brought to room temperature before inflating and must be inflated in two stages.
Stage One: Inflate the ball to 80 percent of its maximum height and let it sit for a minimum of 24 hours.
Stage Two: After the 24-hour waiting period, inflate the ball to its maximum height.
Wait 24 hours before using the ball.


Q: Can I order an additional ball exercise poster?

A: You will receive a ball exercise poster with your purchase. If you would like additional copies, you can order the posters from our website or catalog.


Q: Where can I find out more about exercise balls?

Q: Why do you mix inches and centimeters on your ball pages?

A: Because we're Canadian, eh? Seriously, our largest market is the United States which still uses the Imperial system of feet (ft. or ’), inches (in. or ”) and miles (mi.). Most of our suppliers are from countries that have modernized on the metric system of centimeters (cm), meters (m) and kilometers (km). We here in Canada have become accustomed to mixing our measurements. If you think that's confusing, you should see the problems we have settling on acceptable spelling conventions!
